To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The return request is made within 3-7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is not marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide a photo of the damaged or defective item along with your order number when contacting us.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
